Social Worth Technologies, the parent company of digital lending platform Fibe, has launched a new artificial intelligence tool designed to enhance consumer credit assessment.
The platform, named Credit AI Radar (CAIR), aims to move beyond traditional credit scoring metrics by leveraging AI to provide a more comprehensive view of borrower health and risk profiles.
The product launch comes as the TPG-backed firm advances its plans for an initial public offering.
According to the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹750 crore.
Additionally, existing shareholders have announced an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of more than 4 crore equity shares.
The introduction of CAIR signals Fibe’s strategy to differentiate its underwriting engine in a competitive digital lending market.
