Grupa Pracuj has completed the acquisition of the recruitment platform No Fluff Jobs from Ringier Axel Springer Polska.
The transaction, valued at 10.4 million PLN, marks a strategic expansion for the Warsaw-listed operator, which is led by CEO Przemysław Gacka.
The deal transfers ownership of the niche job board, previously developed within the Ringier Axel Springer portfolio, to one of Poland’s largest digital employment services providers.
The acquisition underscores a broader trend of consolidation within the Polish digital media and recruitment landscape.
By integrating No Fluff Jobs, Grupa Pracuj aims to diversify its user base and capture a segment of the market that values transparent salary data and direct employer-candidate interactions.
The move allows the company to leverage its existing infrastructure while adding a distinct brand identity to its portfolio.
