HCL Technologies has declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per share, extending its unbroken record of quarterly payouts to 94 consecutive quarters.

The board of directors approved the distribution alongside the company’s financial results for the April-June quarter of fiscal 2027.

34% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹4,626 crore for the quarter.

The payout underscores the firm’s commitment to shareholder returns even as the broader IT sector navigates a period of muted growth expectations.

The record date for shareholders is set for July 17, with the dividend payment scheduled for July 27.

The dividend announcement accompanies a strong earnings report, with HCL Technologies posting a 20.34% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹4,626 crore for the quarter.

This performance contrasts with analyst projections that had anticipated more modest earnings growth for the period.
