HiTech Global has finalized the acquisition of Hudson Global, rescuing the troubled recruitment firm from voluntary administration.
The deal marks the end of a precarious period for the public sector recruiter, which had been grappling with significant debt burdens and regulatory challenges from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
