An Israel Defense Forces soldier was recorded damaging Palestinian vehicles during military operations in Bethlehem over the weekend, according to footage released by Army Radio on Monday.
The video shows the soldier puncturing tires and smashing a car door while at least three other troops witnessed the incident without intervening.
The incident comes amid a sharp rise in violence and friction in the West Bank.
Earlier this week, the IDF launched a manhunt for suspects following an attempted car-ramming attack near Beit Ummar.
Separately, soldiers were caught on camera at an illegal outpost claiming the entire West Bank belongs to Jews, stating they were avenging the killing of a settler days earlier.
