India’s primary market is set for a significant capital raise next week, with three new initial public offerings expected to generate nearly Rs 11,980 crore.
The activity is anchored by two mainboard listings: SBI Funds Management and Alpine Texworld, both of which will open their books for public subscription on Tuesday, July 14.
SBI Funds Management, the asset management joint venture of State Bank of India, represents the headline draw for institutional and retail investors.
The company has already filed its red herring prospectus, marking the formal commencement of its public listing process.
The book build for the asset manager will remain open until Thursday, July 16, providing a two-day window for price discovery.
Alpine Texworld, a textile manufacturer, joins the mainboard segment alongside SBI Funds Management, contributing to the depth of the weekly pipeline.
