IndiaMART InterMESH reported an 11.4% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹414 crore for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, driven by disciplined spending on customer acquisition.

The B2B marketplace also saw its EBIT rise 10.7% to ₹140 crore, while net income reached ₹172 crore, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

Despite the solid financial performance, brokerages have maintained a Hold rating on the stock with a target price of ₹2,060.

Analysts cite the company's strong revenue growth and ongoing strategic initiatives as positives, but caution that the current valuation leaves limited room for upside in the near term.

The consensus view suggests that while the business model remains robust, investors should wait for clearer signals of acceleration before adding to positions.

The results come as Indian equity benchmarks have shown little directional conviction, with the BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 trading flat amid sharp sectoral divergence.
