Indutrade has acquired Controlin, a Dutch technology trading company, marking the firm's tenth acquisition of 2026.

The target generates annual revenue of approximately SEK 130 million, expanding Indutrade's footprint in the European technical distribution sector.

The deal underscores the aggressive growth strategy pursued by the Fredrik Lundberg-controlled investment company.

Indutrade has consistently used acquisitions to diversify its industrial holdings, and this latest transaction adds another specialized distributor to its portfolio.

The move comes shortly after SEB raised its recommendation for Indutrade, signaling growing analyst confidence in the group's execution and valuation.

With ten deals closed in less than a year, Indutrade is demonstrating a high level of deal-making activity.
