Israeli police have arrested nine suspects in overnight raids across the West Bank, including the father of the Palestinian gunman responsible for Friday's deadly shooting near Gilad Farm.
Authorities confirmed the detentions on Monday, noting that the father was taken in for questioning but was not accused of involvement in the attack itself.
The latest round of arrests follows a wide-scale security operation launched by the Israel Defense Forces on Saturday morning.
In the days since the Gilad Farm incident, which left one person dead and two others seriously wounded, Israeli forces have detained more than 70 suspects in the region.
The shooting marked the third violent incident in the area within a 24-hour period, prompting an immediate and intensified security response.
The escalation in West Bank violence has heightened concerns about regional stability.
