Israel’s public transaction market is poised to set a new record in 2026, driven by a surge in initial public offerings and robust capital raising.

Approximately 30 new IPOs are expected by year-end, with companies having already raised roughly $4.1 billion in the first half of the year.

This activity places the market on track to surpass previous benchmarks, marking a significant recovery in investor appetite for Israeli equities.

The momentum is reflected in the broader deal landscape, with a total of 325 transactions completed between public and private offerings so far in 2026.

According to a report by Grant Thornton Israel, this volume makes 2026 the third-best year for public deals in the last decade, trailing only the peak activity years of 2021 and 2022.

The data underscores a sustained rebound in market liquidity and corporate confidence.
