The Italian Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI4I) has officially launched a new digital platform designed to bridge the gap between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and AI technology providers.
The initiative, named Suk, aims to streamline the transfer of technology by matching specific business needs with tailored AI solutions.
The launch follows more than a year of testing, initially piloted in Turin.
During this experimental phase, approximately 200 companies participated, including both technology vendors and SMEs seeking to integrate artificial intelligence into their operations.
The program was supported by Italy’s system of Chambers of Commerce, which helped facilitate the connections between demand and supply sides of the market.
This development underscores a broader push within the Italian economy to modernize its industrial base through digital tools.
