Laser Power & Infra Ltd has finalised the allotment for its initial public offering, concluding a five-day subscription window that saw the issue reach full subscription by the third day.
The Kolkata-based manufacturer of power cables and conductors priced the issue at ₹214 per share, at the upper end of its ₹205–₹214 band, aiming to raise ₹742 crore through the offering.
Investors can now check their allotment status via the registrar MUFG Intime’s portal.
For those not allotted shares, refunds will begin processing on 15 July.
Successful applicants will have their shares credited to their demat accounts in the coming days, ahead of the stock’s listing on Indian exchanges.
The IPO’s trajectory marked a recovery from a sluggish opening.
