Lohia Corp has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹404 to ₹425 per equity share, signaling the start of its public market debut.

The company, a major player in India’s steel and metal processing sector, will open subscription for the issue on July 23, with bidding closing on July 27.

Shares are expected to list on Indian exchanges on July 30.

The offering consists entirely of an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders, involving over 2.59 crore shares.

There is no fresh issue component, meaning the proceeds will go to selling stakeholders rather than the company’s balance sheet.

The narrow price band of ₹21 suggests the issuer and bookrunners have a clear view of fair value, reducing uncertainty for institutional and retail investors alike.
