Manipal Health Enterprises has opened its initial public offering to public subscription after securing ₹4,167 crore from anchor investors.

The company allotted over 7.06 crore equity shares at ₹590 per share, the upper end of the previously announced price band of ₹560 to ₹590.

The book-building process, which began on Wednesday, 29 July, remains open until Friday, 31 July.

The anchor book includes participation from major institutional names such as the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Allianz Global Investors Fund.

This strong institutional interest at the top of the price range suggests confidence in the valuation framework set by the issuer.

The total IPO size stands at ₹9,275 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 13.56 crore shares alongside an offer for sale by existing stakeholders.
