Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd has announced the development of a new commercial project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, projecting revenue of ₹300 crore from the venture.

The company, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, detailed the initiative in a regulatory filing on Monday, marking a significant addition to its current pipeline.

The project, branded as 'Meghna One,' will span 2.8 lakh square feet and is located in Thane.

This development underscores the firm's strategy to capitalize on the growing demand for commercial space in the MMR, a key economic hub for India's real estate sector.

The expected revenue figure suggests a substantial contribution to the company's near-term financial outlook.

The move comes as Indian real estate developers continue to expand their portfolios in tier-1 cities, driven by robust corporate leasing activity and infrastructure improvements.
