MetaOptics Ltd has entered into a partnership with Elsoft Research Berhad to scale the manufacturing of next-generation semiconductor optics equipment.

The collaboration leverages Elsoft’s capabilities in Malaysia to support MetaOptics’ production goals.
This move follows recent steps by MetaOptics to validate its technology, including an agreement to deploy its direct laser writer at the University of Arizona’s Center of Semiconductor Manufacturing.
That academic deployment was viewed as a tangible step in the company’s strategy to expand its market presence.
