Swedish defense technology firm Mildef has secured a significant extension of its commercial relationship with the German armed forces.
The company announced a seven-year renewal of its framework agreement with the procurement authority of the Bundeswehr, accompanied by an immediate call-off order valued at 95.4 million euros.
Mildef shares rose in trading following the announcement, reflecting investor confidence in the company's ability to secure long-term revenue streams in key European markets.
The deal underscores the growing demand for integrated logistics and software solutions within NATO defense structures.
This development follows Mildef's recent expansion of its footprint in the Nordic region, where the company previously signed a major framework agreement with the Swedish Defence Material Administration (FMV).
That deal covered the supply of hardware and the company's Onecis software platform, highlighting a strategic focus on digitalization and supply chain efficiency.
