Motor Oil Hellas has entered a joint venture with Latsco Family Office and EOS Capital Partners to acquire a 30% stake in Nova ICT.
The investment is executed through EOS Hellenic Renaissance Fund II, signaling a coordinated effort to expand the digital services footprint of the Greek energy major.
This transaction follows Motor Oil Hellas’s recent move to consolidate its position in the sector by acquiring the entire stake in Nova ICT from Nova Telecommunications and Media.
That earlier deal was executed through Ireon Technologies, laying the groundwork for this latest partnership structure.
The involvement of Latsco and EOS Capital highlights growing institutional interest in the digital transformation of traditional energy assets.
By bringing in specialized investment partners, Motor Oil Hellas aims to leverage external capital and expertise to scale Nova ICT’s operations.
