MV Electrosystems has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹400 to ₹425 per equity share, setting the stage for a public subscription launch on July 30.

The Haryana-based manufacturer of electrical equipment and switchgear will open its book-building process on Friday, July 25, with the window remaining open through the end of the week.

The pricing places the company in the mid-range for recent infrastructure IPOs, signaling management's confidence in demand from institutional and retail investors alike.

The offering arrives as Indian capital markets see a surge in listings from the power and infrastructure sectors.

Earlier this week, Indo-MIM Limited opened its IPO to public subscription, while Laser Power & Infra Ltd also launched its book-building process with a price band of ₹205 to ₹214 per share.

This cluster of listings highlights the continued appetite for equity capital among mid-cap industrial firms seeking to fund expansion and deleverage balance sheets.
