Naval Group and Greece's public power utility DEH have entered into a partnership to support the maintenance of the Hellenic Navy's new FDI frigates.

The agreement, reported by Naftemporiki, aims to ensure the operational readiness of the vessels while contributing to allied naval missions in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The deal underscores the growing integration of industrial and defense capabilities in the region.

By leveraging DEH's infrastructure and Naval Group's technical expertise, the partnership seeks to streamline support for the frigates, which are critical to Greece's maritime security strategy.

This development aligns with Naval Group's broader strategic shift toward domestic procurement and increased revenue from European clients.

The company has previously forecasted a significant surge in orders from European navies, driven by heightened geopolitical tensions and a push for greater self-reliance in defense capabilities.
