Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) is raising ₹125 crore in a pre-IPO funding round to accelerate its expansion in the electric three-wheeler segment.

The Faridabad-based company, known for its Rage+ cargo and Stream City passenger models, aims to complete the current financing by the end of the quarter and targets an initial public offering by the end of the next financial year.

The capital raise underscores the growing investor appetite for Indian electric mobility plays, particularly in the commercial and last-mile delivery segments.

OSM’s focus on electric three-wheelers positions it to benefit from India’s broader push toward electrification in the logistics and passenger transport sectors, where regulatory tailwinds and cost advantages are driving adoption.

This move comes as several other Indian industrial firms prepare for public listings.

TMC Transformers (India) Ltd recently filed preliminary documents with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a ₹550 crore IPO, while Renfra Energy India has submitted papers for a ₹430 crore offering.
