Gold prices in Pakistan retreated by Rs3,800 per tola on Monday, settling at Rs429,736 for 24-karat bullion, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Saraf Association.
The move marks a moderation in the local market's downward trajectory after consecutive days of sharper losses.
The latest decline follows a steep selloff earlier in the week, with prices falling Rs10,400 per tola on Tuesday and another Rs5,200 on Wednesday.
Those earlier drops reflected a broader pullback in international precious metals, which has weighed on local benchmarks across emerging markets.
While the Monday decline is less severe than the previous two sessions, it signals that selling pressure persists in the sector.
Local traders are closely tracking international spot prices for signs of stabilization, as the Pakistani market remains tightly coupled with global trends.
