The Pancyprian Cooperative Bank has initiated a comprehensive public outreach campaign to support its ongoing capital raise, with 40 regional meetings scheduled to begin on July 30.

The roadshow aims to inform retail investors across Cyprus about the terms of the bank’s public share offering, which seeks to raise €42 million to fund its operational establishment.

The meetings, organized by the Pancyprian Cooperative Society, represent a significant push to broaden the investor base for the offering.

By taking the pitch directly to communities islandwide, the bank is attempting to secure strong domestic participation in what is a critical step for its financial structuring.

This development follows the official launch of the public share offering, which was marked by an inaugural ceremony at the bank’s headquarters.

The capital raise is central to the institution's strategy to solidify its balance sheet and expand its market presence.
