Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL) reported that gross revenue for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 more than doubled year-on-year, reaching ₹8,600 crore.

The surge was primarily driven by the rapid scaling of its private-label brands, Campa and Independence, which have gained significant market share in India's competitive fast-moving consumer goods sector.

The strong top-line performance underscores the accelerating contribution of Reliance Retail's private-label portfolio to the broader conglomerate's earnings.

This growth trajectory aligns with Reliance Industries' broader strategy to deepen its retail footprint and increase margin accretion through proprietary brands, complementing the parent company's robust Q1 FY27 results where gross revenue jumped 25% to ₹3.11 lakh crore.

Beyond domestic expansion, RCPL is moving to internationalize its brand presence.

The company confirmed that Campa will launch in Australia this month, marking a significant step in its global rollout strategy.
