Rutger Arnhult’s investment vehicle M2 Asset Management has increased its position in Corem Property, purchasing approximately 3,300 Class D shares for a total of around SEK 740,000.
The transaction was disclosed in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s transparency register.
The buyback reflects sustained interest from one of Sweden’s prominent property and finance figures.
Arnhult, known for his extensive portfolio in real estate and financial assets, has chosen to add to his exposure in Corem, a listed real estate company focused on commercial properties.
The purchase comes at a time when investors are closely monitoring the Swedish property sector for signs of stabilization.
Corem’s shares have been subject to volatility as the broader market adjusts to interest rate dynamics and shifting demand for commercial real estate.
