SBI Mutual Fund has reduced its ownership in Rallis India, selling 210,237 equity shares in a market transaction on 17 July 2026.

The sale, representing 0.1081% of the company’s paid-up capital, brings the fund’s total stake down from 9.1667% to 7.1241%.

Rallis India reported a 31% year-on-year increase in first-quarter net profit, reaching ₹125 crore for the period ending June 2026.

The divestment follows a strong quarterly performance from the agrochemical manufacturer.
