Silverstorm Parks and Resorts shares opened almost flat on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform on Friday, trading at ₹132.90 against an issue price of ₹133.

The muted debut reflects broader caution among investors in the small-cap segment, where new listings have faced mixed reception in recent weeks.

The integrated amusement park operator priced its initial public offering at the upper end of its ₹123–133 band, a move that typically signals strong institutional demand.

However, the lack of a premium on listing day suggests that retail and institutional buyers are taking a wait-and-see approach, possibly due to wider market volatility or sector-specific concerns.

Silverstorm Parks had opened its IPO to public subscription earlier in July, with allotments finalized on July 29.

The company, which operates leisure and entertainment facilities, aimed to raise capital for expansion and debt repayment.
