Todd Thomson, a board member of Swedish semiconductor designer Sivers Industries, has sold 3.5 million shares in the company for approximately SEK 121 million.

The transaction was executed on Tuesday, according to a report by Dagens Industri.

The sale represents a significant reduction in Thomson's stake and stands in sharp contrast to recent insider activity at the company.

Earlier this year, Thomson himself purchased 12,500 shares for roughly SEK 0.5 million through his investment vehicle.

Additionally, Sivers CEO Vickram Vathulya bought 24,000 shares for approximately SEK 900,000, signaling confidence from the executive team.

Insider selling of this magnitude often prompts scrutiny from investors, particularly when it diverges from the buying patterns of other key stakeholders.
