Sotefin Bharat, a provider of turnkey robotic and automated parking solutions, has announced plans to raise ₹90 crore through an initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform.
The company will issue 48 lakh equity shares, priced in the range of ₹178 to ₹187 per share, to fund its expansion strategy.
The move underscores the continued appetite for capital markets access among specialized Indian technology firms.
By listing on the SME platform, Sotefin Bharat aims to tap into a growing pool of retail and institutional investors seeking exposure to niche infrastructure and automation plays.
The proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for business expansion, reflecting the company’s confidence in scaling its automated parking systems across key urban markets.
This offering arrives as the BSE SME platform sees increased activity from diverse sectors.
