Sundaram Home Finance reported a 37% year-on-year increase in net profit for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, reaching ₹85 crore.
The figure compares with ₹62 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, marking a significant acceleration in profitability for the housing finance specialist.
Shriram Finance recently posted a 60% year-on-year profit jump to ₹3,447 crore, while Piramal Finance Ltd saw consolidated net profit rise 67% to ₹461 crore.
The company also disclosed that its Assets Under Management (AUM) stood at ₹20,325 crore at the end of the quarter.
This balance sheet expansion underscores the lender's continued growth in loan book size despite a competitive credit environment.
The results arrive as other major Indian non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) report robust earnings for the same period.
