TPG Capital has completed the acquisition of Sydney-based business Zembl, valuing the enterprise at more than $250 million.

The transaction was finalized over the weekend, with TPG outbidding rival buyout firm Adamantem to secure the deal.

Earlier this year, the firm divested beverage manufacturer Made Group to Paris-listed Danone for $2 billion.

Sources familiar with the matter confirmed the enterprise value exceeds the $250 million threshold.

The agreement marks another significant move for TPG in the Australian market, where the firm has been active in both acquisitions and divestitures.

This acquisition comes as TPG executes a series of high-profile exits in the region.

Earlier this year, the firm divested beverage manufacturer Made Group to Paris-listed Danone for $2 billion.
