Xtranet Technologies will open its initial public offering to investors on July 23, marking the latest entry in a series of Indian listings that are testing the depth of current primary market demand.

The IT solutions and services provider, founded in 2002, is launching a pure fresh issue comprising 1.31 crore equity shares.

The offering, valued at approximately ₹166.8 crore, contains no offer-for-sale (OFS) component, meaning all proceeds will go directly to the company rather than existing shareholders.

Bidding will remain open until July 27.

The launch arrives amid signs of renewed vigor in India’s primary market.

Grey market premiums for Xtranet, alongside two other IPOs opening on the same day—Lohia Corp and Indo-MIM—are indicating strong anticipated listing gains.
