Ardee Industries has opened its initial public offering for subscription, setting the price band at ₹50 to ₹53 per equity share.

The offering, which runs from August 5 to August 7, represents a total issue size of ₹425.87 crore.

The company, which specializes in recycling end-of-life energy products and manufacturing steel goods, will use the fresh issue proceeds of ₹320 crore to fund working capital requirements and repay existing debt.

The listing marks the latest entry in a crowded calendar for Indian equity markets.

Ardee Industries is one of six new IPOs scheduled to open for subscription in the coming week, signaling sustained activity in the primary market despite broader global volatility.

The slate is headlined by Ardee alongside Technocraft Ventures, reflecting continued investor appetite for new listings in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
