Ather Energy Ltd shares jumped approximately 15% on Tuesday after the company reported a significant narrowing of operating losses in the June quarter (Q1FY27).

The electric vehicle manufacturer also highlighted robust retail demand and accelerated revenue growth, signaling improving operational efficiency as it scales production.

The positive financial update triggered a sharp repricing in the stock, which had already been on an upward trajectory.

Earlier in the session, shares had touched a fresh 52-week high of ₹1,500 on the National Stock Exchange, trading around ₹1,452.

The rally reflects investor optimism that the company is moving closer to profitability while maintaining market share in India’s competitive two-wheeler EV segment.

Despite the encouraging results, analysts note that challenges remain.
