Demetra Holdings Plc has completed another tranche of its ongoing share repurchase programme on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE).

The investment firm confirmed the transactions on Monday, acting under authority previously granted by shareholders to manage its capital structure.

The latest buyback was executed on July 31, 2026.

While the company described the transaction as minor, it marks the continuation of a steady pace of capital returns.

Demetra had previously completed a similar repurchase earlier in the month, buying back 5,600 shares on July 13 at a price of €1.545 per share.

These recurring transactions underscore the firm's commitment to returning capital to shareholders through open-market purchases rather than one-off distributions.
