LEAP India Limited has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹151 to ₹159 per equity share, setting the stage for its public market debut.
The subscription window opens on August 7 and remains open until August 11, according to filing details reported by Livemint.
The issue is structured as a dual-component raise totaling ₹2,480 crore.
It includes a fresh equity issue of ₹480 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹2,000 crore by existing shareholders.
Prominent investors KKR and OFS Capital are listed among the selling shareholders, indicating a partial monetization of their stakes alongside the company's capital raise.
Proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked for debt repayment and general corporate purposes, a common strategy for logistics firms seeking to optimize balance sheets ahead of public listing.
