Mari Energies has issued a Letter of Award to Universal Gas Distribution Company (Pvt) for the sale of natural gas from its Spinwam field.
The contract covers a volume of up to 17.5 million standard cubic feet per day (MMscfd), marking a significant step in monetizing the company's upstream assets in Pakistan.
The agreement follows the company's recent commencement of natural gas deliveries from its Shams-1 discovery to Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), which began in June 2026 with a volume of 30 MMscfd. This new award for Spinwam output reinforces Mari Energies' strategy to secure long-term offtake agreements for its growing production portfolio.
