Silver Storm Parks & Resorts Limited has successfully concluded its initial public offering, securing ₹82.43 crore in fresh capital.

The integrated amusement park operator, which operates one of India’s leading tourism and theme park chains, closed the book on its public issue after receiving robust subscription interest across investor categories.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) segment drove significant demand, while retail and non-institutional investors also participated actively.

The company had set a price band of ₹123 to ₹133 per share for the offering, which was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform.

The strong subscription levels suggest market confidence in the company’s growth trajectory within the domestic leisure and entertainment sector.

This development marks the final step before the company finalizes share allotment and begins trading on the exchange.
