The broker cited the lender’s robust first-quarter earnings and strong future earnings potential as key drivers for the positive outlook.
Bajaj Finance shares had already reacted positively to the results, climbing more than 6% to reach a new 52-week high of ₹1,122.
The upgrade follows a solid Q1-FY27 performance, with profit after tax (PAT) rising 28% year-on-year to approximately ₹6,080 crore, in line with market expectations.
Net interest income (NII) grew 23% to ₹12,570 crore, while non-interest income increased 11% to ₹2,650 crore.
Bajaj Finance shares had already reacted positively to the results, climbing more than 6% to reach a new 52-week high of ₹1,122.30.
