Prism Hotels Limited, the parent company of the OYO brand, has seen its valuation more than double to ₹67,200 crore ($8 billion) in the latest Hurun Global 500 list.

The 107% increase highlights the growing market confidence in the travel-tech unicorn as it prepares for its initial public offering.

Alongside Prism, Tata Group-owned Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) was the only other hospitality firm to feature among the top 10 private companies in the ranking.

The revaluation comes as Prism advances its IPO process.

The company recently submitted an updated Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi).

The filing indicates an IPO valuation of approximately ₹6,650 crore, a figure that reflects the company's current fundraising targets rather than its broader private market worth.
