Poojaa Precision Engg Ltd has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹285 to ₹301 per share, setting the stage for its debut on the public markets.
The company aims to raise ₹160 crore through the issue, which will open for public subscription on July 28 and close on July 30.
Investors must place a minimum bid of 800 shares to participate in the offering.
The listing adds to a busy period for India’s small and medium enterprise (SME) exchanges, where several firms have recently set price bands ahead of their public debuts.
Lohia Corp, a steel and metal processing player, recently fixed its IPO price band at ₹404 to ₹425 per share, while Aastha Spintex Limited set its band at ₹125 to ₹136 for a ₹170 crore raise.
These moves reflect continued appetite among smaller Indian companies to access public capital markets.
