Relais Group has agreed to acquire a 70% majority stake in Tershin, a Swedish manufacturer of automotive care products.

The Finnish distributor, which specializes in vehicle electrical equipment and spare parts, is using the transaction to broaden its product portfolio and deepen its presence in the Swedish market.

The deal represents a strategic expansion for Relais Group, allowing the company to integrate a dedicated automotive care brand into its existing distribution network.

By taking a controlling interest, Relais secures a direct foothold in the production and sales of vehicle maintenance products, complementing its core business in electrical components.

The acquisition aligns with a broader trend of Nordic investors increasing their exposure to Swedish equities.

Recent data indicates that investors from Denmark, Norway, and Finland are increasingly buying Swedish stocks, reflecting a widening circle of retail and institutional interest in the region's corporate landscape.
