Silverstorm Parks and Resorts has initiated its initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform, aiming to raise ₹82 crore.
The integrated amusement park operator has set a price band of ₹123 to ₹133 per share for the issue.
The anchor bidding process is scheduled to open on Thursday, July 23, followed by the public subscription window opening on Friday, July 24.
The company plans to list its shares on the exchange by Friday, July 31.
This offering adds to a recent wave of SME platform listings in India.
Millworks Technologies recently announced plans to raise ₹160 crore through an IPO on the same platform, while Sampark India Logistics opened its subscription window with a price band of ₹80 to ₹84 per share, targeting ₹27 crore in proceeds.
