Silverstorm Parks and Resorts has opened its initial public offering to public subscription on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform.

The integrated amusement park operator set a price band of ₹123 to ₹133 per share for the issue, which will remain open until Tuesday, 28 July.

The company is seeking to raise ₹82 crore through the offering.

The IPO is structured as a fresh issue, providing capital for the operator’s expansion and working capital requirements.

Early market attention is focused on the subscription levels, which will indicate investor appetite for leisure and hospitality assets in the small-cap segment.

The launch comes amid a busy period for Indian SME IPOs, with other companies such as Gulf Lloyds (India) also recently opening their books.
