Three people were killed and more than 20 others injured in an explosion at a restaurant in Moscow on Saturday evening, according to reports from Latvian broadcaster LSM.lv.
The blast occurred when security guards stopped a woman attempting to enter the establishment with an explosive device.
Among the dead were one of the security personnel and a restaurant patron.
