Withdrawal, refunds & cancellation

1 · Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract (Norwegian Cancellation Act). Withdraw by clear notice to kontakt@handelsavisen.no; the standard withdrawal form may be used but is not required.
2 · Digital content and subscriptions
For one-off digital content, delivery begins only on your express request with acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun. For running subscriptions started during the withdrawal period at your request: if you withdraw in time, you pay only for the portion delivered; the rest is refunded.
3 · Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
4 · Cancellation
Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current paid period — in account settings or by email. No lock-in beyond the paid period; renewals are notified where the law requires.
5 · Defects
Statutory consumer remedies apply; tell us and we fix or refund proportionately.
6 · Business customers
The withdrawal right is a consumer right; business customers (including paid data services provided by Cerestral AS) are governed by their agreement.
