The move marks a significant step in the monetization strategy for JSW Group’s digital commerce arm.
JSW Steel, the group’s flagship listed entity, has already secured board approval to participate in the IPO as a selling shareholder.
The parent steelmaker plans to offload equity stakes worth up to ₹811 crore (approximately $97 million) in the offering, allowing it to realize value from its investment in the subsidiary while providing liquidity to early investors.
